A beautifully peaceful location when approached from Llangasty where St Gastyn had his prayer oratory, tutoring King Brychan's children and there is now a nature reserve. This is a site where an ancient Celtic well reopened in the 1700s with Howell Harris encountering the Holy Spirit in a life changing experience.
